North Dakota State University is seeking qualified furniture vendors to supply, deliver, and install a comprehensive suite of classroom, laboratory, office, and collaborative furniture for the Richard Offerdahl Engineering Complex (ROEC). The contract requires adherence to detailed product specifications, finish requirements, and phased installation schedules across three building levels, with full responsibility for shipping, installation, and post‑install support. • Supply and install chairs, stools, tables, desks, storage units, and mobile markerboards per the extensive bill‑of‑materials (hundreds of items, many in high‑quantity). • Meet strict specification standards (manufacturer models, finish colors, weight limits, power‑integrated tables, etc.) and provide warranties/after‑sales service. • Follow phased installation dates: Area A & D by 29 June 2026, Area B & C by 20 July 2026, and Area F by Summer 2027; coordinate with on‑site electrical requirements (e.g., 20 A UL‑rated power poles). • Submit separate technical and cost proposals via the NDBuys portal, include required forms (substitution request, electronic document release) and certify compliance with all RFP terms.
