UMass System - Prime Lab Supplies Partner

University of Massachusetts is seeking a prime supplier to provide laboratory supplies, chemicals, equipment, and related services to support research, teaching, and clinical laboratories across its six‑campus system and to a list of Massachusetts community colleges and state universities. The award will be a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with multiple exhibits governing pricing, contract administration fees, and the extension of pricing to “Other Participating Entities.” The contractor must be registered on the UMass Supplier Portal, submit a full electronic proposal via Jaggaer BuyWays, and meet extensive compliance, insurance, and DEIA requirements. • Supply a broad catalog of lab consumables, chemicals, equipment, and related services to all UMass campuses and designated OPEs. • Operate under a fixed‑price/annual adjustment pricing model with a 1 % contract administration fee on invoiced spend (both UMass and OPEs). • Provide detailed technical proposals, firm qualifications, key personnel resumes, and comply with non‑collusion, insurance, tax, and diversity certifications. • Maintain MFN (most‑favored‑nation) pricing obligations and pass‑through any manufacturer price reductions within defined timeframes. • All interactions, submissions, and payments are conducted electronically through the Jaggaer platform; no hard‑copy bids are accepted.
