The State of Alabama is seeking vendors to establish a statewide contract for Cisco‑branded telephony hardware, accessories, and associated services. The solicitation requires a fixed‑price “all‑or‑none” award based on the lowest responsible bidder(s) that submit a percent discount (to two decimal places) on every line‑item. The contract will run for an initial 12‑month term with up to five optional 12‑month extensions, and includes a 2 % administrative fee payable quarterly.
