Network Switch Refresh II

Spring Independent School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide, configure, install, and support a district‑wide network switch refresh. The contract will cover the supply of Juniper EX4400 (or equivalent) switches, associated optics, power supplies, DAC cables, network modules, transceivers, software licenses, and a five‑year warranty and support package. The solution must include cloud‑based management (Juniper Mist or equivalent), AI‑driven monitoring, zero‑touch provisioning, and comprehensive training/knowledge transfer for district engineers. The contract term is five years with an estimated total value exceeding $1 million. • Provide 250 Juniper EX4400‑48MP switches (or equivalent) and related accessories. • Deliver full turnkey services: planning, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, and project management. • Implement cloud‑based management, AI analytics, automated provisioning, and ongoing monitoring. • Supply five‑year hardware warranty, software subscriptions, and support services. • Conduct knowledge transfer to at least four district engineers and provide labeling/spreadsheet documentation for each installed unit.
