The City of Columbia, Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide a complete bag‑in‑box soda dispensing system, associated equipment, CO₂ refills and a variety of bottled beverages for numerous municipal recreation sites, with delivery, installation and one‑year service, plus up to four optional one‑year renewals. • Supply bag‑in‑box soda containers (various flavors, 3‑gal and 5‑gal) • Provide dispensing equipment and CO₂ refills for existing fountain machines • Deliver and install merchandising coolers (single‑ and double‑door) at 12+ locations • Stock bottled drinks (soda, sports drinks, tea, water, energy drinks) • Fulfill ongoing replenishment and maintenance for a 1‑year contract, with potential renewals
