Open Enrollment - Clinical Examiners

The Texas Civil Commitment Office (TCCO) is seeking applications to establish contracts for clinical examiner services for civilly committed sex offenders. The selected contractors will provide biennial examinations, transition examinations, court-ordered examinations, and special examinations. The contractors must have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and must be licensed psychologists in the state of Texas. The contract term will begin on the date of execution and will continue through August 31, 2026, with the option for renewal for up to four additional one-year periods. The contractors will be paid on a fee-for-service basis, with rates not to exceed the listed rates.
