The Ysleta Independent School District (YISD) is seeking proposals for general trades, small construction, products, supplies, and tools. The district is looking for vendors who can provide a wide range of goods and services to support its operations. The solicitation is open to multiple vendors, and awards will be made on an incremental basis throughout the open period of the solicitation. • The district reserves the right to withdraw this solicitation at any time and for any reason. • Vendors are encouraged to submit their proposals as soon as possible. • The district will consider equivalent or substitute offers, but the vendor must provide descriptive literature and specification information to support their proposal. • The district may require the selected vendor to sign a separate, formal contract that fully incorporates all the provisions of this solicitation.
