Career and Technical Education

The Ysleta Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Career and Technical Education goods and services. The district is looking for vendors who can provide a range of products and services, including but not limited to, audio-visual equipment, books for classrooms, and other related materials. The selected vendors will be awarded contracts on an incremental basis during the solicitation period, and the contracts will be valid until June 30, 2030. The district reserves the right to withdraw this solicitation at any time and for any reason. • The solicitation is open to multiple vendors, and awards will be made based on best value. • Vendors are encouraged to submit their proposals as soon as possible. • The district will consider equivalent or substitute offers, provided they meet all specifications. • The district reserves the right to make the final determination of whether an equivalent or substitution offer is equal. • Vendors must submit their proposals electronically through the E-Bid system. • The district will not consider late submissions, and all proposals must be received by the deadline. • The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive all technicalities and accept the proposal that provides the best value.
