The Jackson County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified vendor to provide contingency food services for the county. This contract will cover the preparation, delivery, and management of emergency food supplies and meals in response to disasters, public health events, or other situations that require rapid food service deployment. The vendor must be able to mobilize resources quickly, maintain compliance with local health regulations, and ensure reliable service throughout the contract period. • Provide on‑call food preparation and delivery for emergency situations across Jackson County. • Meet all state and local health, safety, and procurement regulations. • Maintain inventory of emergency food supplies and be prepared to scale operations as needed. • Submit a sealed proposal by the October 8, 2026 deadline for evaluation. • Award will be made to the best proposer; the contract may involve multi‑phase service delivery.
