B369 Boiler

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide a new NTI model LX-600 boiler with specific requirements, including a 600,000 BTU input, ASME SS heat exchanger, and 95% combustion efficiency. The boiler must be at least 600 MBH capacity, with at least 4:1 turndown on natural gas, and have dimensions no larger than 24" wide x 47.5" deep x 55" high. The contractor shall provide at least a 1-year comprehensive warranty on all new materials. • The boiler must have a floor-mount design and factory-provided ASME relief valve. • The boiler must have an outdoor sensor, CSD-1 controls, and integrated electronic controller with touch screen access. • The boiler must have a factory-installed condensate trap and included condensate drain kit. • The contractor must provide a 1-year comprehensive warranty on all new materials.
