ADOR Unclaimed Properties: Securities Custodian Services, Digital Assets Custodian Services

The Arizona Department of Administration is issuing an RFP to establish one or more single‑agency contracts on behalf of the Arizona Department of Revenue to provide securities custodian services and/or digital assets custodian services for unclaimed property. The State will award contracts on an as‑needed basis with no guaranteed spend, and offers nationwide coverage. Offerors must indicate which services they are bidding for and submit all required documentation for those services. • Services: Securities custodian, Digital assets custodian, or both. • Scope: Statewide coverage for unclaimed property, usage at the State’s discretion. • No guaranteed volume: Contracts may be used intermittently with no minimum spend commitment. • Mandatory documentation: Specific forms and experience/capacity responses must be submitted based on the service(s) offered. • Evaluation: Based on conformance statements, experience, methodology, and proposed subcontractors.
