Marshall Mountain Park Base Area Project RFQ, Exibits A, B & C for RFQ

The County of Missoula is seeking a multidisciplinary design‑and‑engineering team to develop the Base Area Redevelopment for Marshall Mountain Park. The scope covers full‑service civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural and landscape design, plus optional construction‑administration support, to transform the former ski‑area facilities into a four‑season, ADA‑compliant public recreation hub. The firm will produce schematic through final design documents, cost estimates, permitting packages, and oversee construction compliance under a BABA (Buy‑America) framework. • Design of an Entrance Portal (trailhead, parking, ADA‑compliant restrooms, bike facilities, signage) and a Lift‑Terminal Shade Shelter. • Water‑system redesign (spring or well, irrigation, drinking‑fountain, compliance with MDEQ standards). • Electrical distribution upgrades for pavilion, picnic circuits, lawn irrigation, and future loads. • Site‑plan, trail‑network, storm‑water management, and landscape‑architecture deliverables. • Optional construction‑administration services (bid support, sub‑mittal review, punch‑list, certification).
