The Tehama County Transportation Commission (TCTC) is seeking a qualified firm or individual to serve as Project Manager for the design and construction of eight bus shelters in Red Bluff and Cottonwood, California. The consultant will handle all phases of the project – from site verification and ADA review through design, bid‑package preparation, permitting, construction administration, and close‑out documentation – and must be experienced with state‑funded transit projects (SB 125, AHSC, TIRCP/ZETCP). The selection will be qualifications‑based; cost is not an initial evaluation factor.
