Maintenance Nitrogen Trailers

The U.S. Navy’s Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a sole‑source, OEM‑trained technician to provide annual preventive maintenance, on‑site repairs, and detailed inspection reports for two high‑pressure nitrogen trailers over a base year with four optional extension years. The contractor must be the original equipment manufacturer (Kelvin International Corp.) or have proprietary access to drawings and parts, and all work must be performed by U.S. citizens. The effort includes scheduled preventive maintenance, up to three unscheduled service calls per year, parts provisioning, hazardous waste disposal, travel to Oahu, and a one‑year warranty on work performed. • One preventive maintenance visit per trailer each year, with a written schedule within 10 days of contract award. • Up to three unscheduled repair calls annually, response within 3 days, resolution within 14 days. • Detailed inspection reports due within 7 days of each visit. • Provision of new replacement parts, part lists, and disposal of hazardous waste on‑site. • Travel, lodging, per‑diem, and related costs included; all personnel must be U.S. citizens and wear proper identification. • Performance period: 12 months after award, with potential four‑year option extensions.
