The contractor must provide the chassis, powertrain, hydraulic and electrical integration, all required lighting, cameras, and documentation, and must meet strict delivery (225 days ARO) and warranty requirements. • Provide a new single‑axle medium‑duty truck chassis (e.g., Ford F‑650) with either gasoline or diesel engine, dual alternator, and cold‑weather package. • Install a MASH TL‑3 certified truck‑mounted attenuator, full lighting suite (warning, work, LED), solar‑powered battery system, and optional changeable‑message or arrow board. • Deliver up to 29 fully‑built trucks FOB destination to the Idaho Transportation Department within 225 calendar days of order receipt, with 2‑year/5‑year warranty and post‑delivery support (inspection, warranty claims, invoicing). • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations (FMVSS, DOT, OSHA, MUTCD) and adhere to the State’s standard terms and conditions, including trade‑secret handling and electronic submission rules. • Coordinate a pre‑build meeting within 14 days of award and a pilot inspection of the first truck before proceeding with subsequent units.
