Out of County Permanency Planning Visit Support

The Buncombe County Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Out of County Permanency Planning Visit Support. The selected vendor will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the timely completion of monthly foster care home visits by contract social workers. The vendor will also be required to provide social workers for supervised visitation services for children in agency custody. The scope of work includes employing individuals with varying degrees of experience to provide staffing services, completing narrative documentation and daysheet forms, and maintaining confidentiality of client information. Key aspects of the job include: • Coordinating and monitoring monthly foster care home visits • Providing social workers for supervised visitation services • Completing documentation and daysheet forms • Maintaining confidentiality of client information • Employing individuals with varying degrees of experience to provide staffing services • Providing Buncombe County's Mission and Values to each contract worker • Accepting fiscal responsibility for deviations from the contract terms
