Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

No direct contract value is listed, but based on the scope—new pad construction, lagoon expansion, bulk‑storage area, and security upgrades—similar municipal waste‑facility upgrades typically range from several million to low‑double‑digit millions of dollars. Assuming moderate site conditions and standard municipal construction rates, a reasonable estimate would be roughly $5 million to $15 million. Factors influencing the range include site preparation costs, material quantities, and any unforeseen environmental remediation.
