RFQ 154-26 Independent Cost Estimating - Henderson On Horizon -H20

The City of Henderson Department of Utility Services is seeking independent cost estimating services for various utility projects. The selected respondent will provide experienced engineers to produce detailed cost estimates, including labor and material breakdown, risk analysis, and construction sequencing. The City will review all respondents, regardless of licensure, and will prioritize those with relevant experience. Respondents must submit their statements of qualification electronically through the NGEM system, along with five hard copies, by the closing date and time. • The projects include the R-15B 2720 Pressure Zone (PZ) Reservoir, Anthem/Inspirada Water Facility Upgrades, Pump Station P-4A, Paradise Hills Rate of Flow Control (ROFC) Transmission Main, and UPRR Water Transmission Main & College Dr Control Valve. • Respondents must demonstrate related experience and provide a detailed breakdown of their team's qualifications. • The City will invite top-ranking firms for interviews and presentations on August 10, 2026.
