Insurance Broker and Risk Management Services

The University of Missouri System is seeking a supplier to provide insurance broker and risk management services. The selected supplier will be responsible for furnishing and delivering a full range of insurance broker and risk management services to the University. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and the supplier must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The University is looking for a supplier that can provide equivalent ease of use for individuals with disabilities as for non-disabled individuals. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for additional years. The supplier must maintain all books of account, reports, and records in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices and standards. • The University of Missouri System is a public corporation and cannot create indebtedness in any one year above what they can pay out of the annual income of said year. • The supplier must comply with all applicable state and federal laws, including those related to non-discrimination, accessibility, and health care services. • The supplier must provide a full range of insurance broker and risk management services, including but not limited to, property, liability, workers' compensation, and employee benefits. • The supplier must have experience working with higher education institutions and public entities. • The supplier must be able to provide services that are accessible to individuals with disabilities. • The supplier must be able to provide a roadmap for remedying any accessibility deficiencies.
