Temporary Quarters (TQ) Accommodation

The U.S. Embassy in Bangkok is seeking a hotel or serviced apartment to provide temporary quarters accommodation for one Government employee and their family from August 5 to October 16, 2026. The proposed hotel or serviced apartment must be located in the Silom or Sathorn areas in Bangkok, Thailand, and within a 15-20 minute driving distance from the Embassy. The accommodation must meet certain criteria, including containing at least one three-bedroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen, daily housekeeping services, on-site fitness facilities, and a swimming pool. The contractor must also provide clear pricing, including service charges, and ensure that the unit meets the specifications listed in the contract. • The hotel or serviced apartment must have a safe and secure environment in compliance with U.S. Embassy Bangkok housing standards. • The hotel or serviced apartment must be available for the entire period of 72 nights (August 5 – October 16, 2026). • Each unit must be equipped with in-room internet access (Wi-Fi), unlimited utilities (water and electricity) at no additional cost, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a washer and dryer. • The contractor must reserve and provide qualified temporary quarters accommodation for the full period required. • The contractor must ensure that the unit meets the specifications listed in the contract and provide clear pricing, including service charges.
