Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking qualified vendors to provide and operate four 360‑degree photo‑booth machines for two high‑traffic events at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa: Halloween Night (Grand Lobby and Hotel Lobby) and New Year’s Eve (Casino floor and Hotel Lobby). The vendor must deliver the equipment, set up, operate during the 7 pm‑midnight window, provide a current Certificate of Insurance, and sign a Service Agreement after award. Bids must include a line‑item cost breakdown and be submitted by the close date. • Supply two 360‑photo‑booth units for each event (total of four units). • Provide installation, staffing, and removal for each 5‑hour event window. • Meet insurance requirements and sign a post‑award Service Agreement. • Submit written bids with detailed pricing by September 11, 2026.
