Property Appraisal Services

The City County Insurance Services (CIS) is seeking a vendor to provide professional appraisal services for properties owned by CIS members. The successful vendor will provide onsite physical inspections and appraisals of designated properties, including replacement cost and actual cash values, and valuation of contents. The vendor will also provide monthly status reports and preliminary reports for review. The contract is expected to commence on July 1, 2026, and the term of the contract will be approximately one year. • The vendor will provide professional appraisal services for properties owned by CIS members. • The vendor will conduct onsite physical inspections and appraisals of designated properties. • The vendor will provide replacement cost and actual cash values for each building or structure appraised. • The vendor will provide valuation of contents on a cost new replacement basis for each building or structure appraised. • The vendor will provide monthly status reports and preliminary reports for review.
