SOQ 26-013 - Provide Court Reporting Services on an as Needed Basis

The Parish of Jefferson is seeking qualified court reporters to provide on‑demand court reporting services for all parish departments, boards, and commissions. Bidders must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) using the Jefferson Parish General Professional Services Questionnaire, along with a fee proposal that includes appearance fees and certified transcript costs. Evaluation will be based on professional qualifications, fee competitiveness, firm size and capacity, prior experience with Jefferson Parish and other public entities, and geographic proximity of the firm’s principal office.
