On-site Vehicle Washing for Fleet Vehicles and Heavy-Duty Equipment

The City of Baltimore is seeking a contractor to provide on-site vehicle washing for fleet vehicles and heavy-duty equipment. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, vehicles, parts, equipment, and supplies necessary for the job. The contract will be a requirements type contract, where goods or services will be ordered on an as-needed basis over time. The City reserves the right to order additional products/services at stipulated contract prices for one year after Solicitation Opening. • The contractor must provide mobile on-site vehicle washing for commercial vehicles and heavy-duty equipment for multiple city sites. • The contractor must pay for all labor, materials, vehicles, parts, equipment, delivery, travel, lodging, employee payroll and benefits, and all other supplies and services necessary for and reasonably incidental to furnishing the products or services specified. • The contractor must comply with the specifications and documents contained in the solicitation. • The contractor must download any attachment(s) or addenda as posted on Workday, which must be taken and considered together with this solicitation.
