The Western Virginia Water Authority is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of approximately 3,122 linear feet of new 8‑in. ductile‑iron water main and 84 LF of new 6‑in. ductile‑iron pipe along Wycliffe Avenue in Roanoke, VA. The scope includes removal/abandonment of existing lines, installation of valve and fire‑hydrant assemblies, associated service connections, rock excavation, and pavement restoration for both the Authority and the City of Roanoke. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 2 p.m. on December 2, 2026, with an optional pre‑bid conference on November 11, 2026.
