City Hall Renovation Project

The City of Inglewood is soliciting bids to renovate the 3rd and 8th floors of its City Hall building. The work includes demolition of existing partitions and finishes, installation of new interior partitions, doors, acoustical ceiling systems, paint, wall base, carpet and luxury vinyl tile flooring, limited mechanical, electrical and plumbing modifications (including a new ADA‑compliant sink), and all associated coordination, protection, and disposal activities. The contract is a lump‑sum “lowest responsible bidder” award with a 90‑day bid validity period and a $1,592,000 estimated value. • 8th‑Floor scope: new partitions, doors, ceiling grid, acoustic tiles, paint, carpet/LVT, light MEP work, plumbing for one sink. • 3rd‑Floor scope: new paint, wall base, carpet/LVT, minimal MEP work. • Demolition, debris removal, protection of existing building elements, and full compliance with California Building, Fire, Energy, and ADA codes.
