C1DA--A/E Services Renovate Outpatient Clinics to PACT

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified businesses to provide design services for the renovation of 13,750 square feet of space at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. The project includes the renovation of Outpatient Mental Health, Physical and Occupational Therapy, and VA Police Service areas. The selected firm will be required to provide design services, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents. The firm must have experience in A/E services, particularly in complex, active healthcare environments with stringent seismic requirements. • The project requires the renovation of 13,750 square feet of space. • The firm must have experience in A/E services for parking lot structures and complex healthcare environments. • The firm must be able to respond to and be on site at the San Francisco VA Health Care System within a four-hour window. • The firm must provide evidence of verification in VetBiz as a SDVOSB or VOSB, if applicable.
