2026-2028 Pole Testing

The City of Port Angeles is seeking a qualified contractor to perform inspection, testing, and treatment of utility power poles over a three‑year period (2026‑2028). The contract is a small‑works roster award with an annual budget not to exceed $60,000 and a total ceiling of $180,000. Bids must be submitted by September 30, 2026. The work includes mobilization, pole reporting, various transmission and distribution pole treatments (sound, bore, partial and full excavation), and pole numbering across multiple zones each year.
