CIVIC CENTER CAMPUS MASTER PLAN RFP (A/E)

The City (or municipality) is seeking an architectural/engineering firm to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for the Civic Center Campus. The scope includes site analysis, community engagement, programming, conceptual design, and preparation of design guidelines to guide future development of the campus. The contractor will deliver a phased planning document that aligns with public works objectives and long‑term land‑use strategies. • Conduct existing conditions and infrastructure assessments of the Civic Center site. • Facilitate public workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture community input. • Produce a master‑plan report with land‑use recommendations, phasing plans, and design standards. • Coordinate with Development Services and Public Works to ensure compliance with local regulations and future capital improvement programs.
