Lift Station and Grease Trap Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide lift station and grease trap maintenance services for the Marion VA Medical Center. The contract will be for a period of five years, consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the services. The contractor will also be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The services will include general and confined space entry maintenance of lift stations, as well as grease trap cleaning and maintenance. The contractor will be required to provide a written report of any abnormal conditions found during the services and to notify the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) immediately of any deficiencies found with the grease trap vault/tank.
