Description
The Rockford Park District is seeking a private development team to partner with them for the development of up to 2.99 acres of land near the Mercyhealth Sportscore 2 complex. The development should complement the existing complex, create new revenue sources, and support the regional economy. The project involves selling a portion of the 7-acre parcel and selecting a preferred development team to work with the Rockford Park District.
• The development team may consist of developers, architects, general contractors, and/or retail brokers.
