MODERATE GROUP CARE FOR FOSTER CHILDREN

The State of South Carolina Department of Social Services is seeking a qualified provider to operate moderate‑level group‑care residential facilities for children placed in foster care who cannot reside in a regular or therapeutic foster home. The contract is fixed‑price, paid on a per‑child‑day basis, and includes full 24/7 care, food, clothing, supervision, school supplies, liability insurance, limited travel, and all required documentation and reporting. The initial contract term is one year with up to four one‑year renewal options, allowing a potential total performance period of five years.
