RFQ 2026-21: Town of Farragut Virtue Rd Right of Way Appraisal Reviewer Services

The Town of Farragut is seeking professional services from qualified appraisal firms to review appraisals connected with the Virtue Road and Boyd Station Road project. The project involves grading, paving, signage, and intersection enhancements, requiring the acquisition of Right of Way, permanent drainage easements, slope easements, and construction easements across approximately 23 tracts. The selected firm will be responsible for reviewing each appraisal for compliance with TDOT Appraisal Guidelines, accuracy, and completeness. The reviewer will also confirm data, explain changes, and sign certificates of review. The firm must be licensed and/or certified to conduct real estate appraisals in Tennessee and be on the TDOT's approved list of appraisers. Key responsibilities include: • Reviewing appraisals for compliance with TDOT Appraisal Guidelines and the Uniform Act • Confirming data and explaining changes • Signing certificates of review and just compensation documents • Coordinating property acquisition activities with the TDOT Right of Way offices • Ensuring full compliance with the TDOT Right of Way Manual and Local Government Guidelines
