RFP 27-08: Digital Scanning Services

This solicitation seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive digital scanning and document management services for Bossier Parish Schools. The contractor will convert paper records—including student, personnel, and other administrative documents—into digital format, apply optical character recognition (OCR), index and store the files, and deliver an integrated electronic data management system that complies with FERPA and HIPAA regulations.
