The County of Montgomery is seeking a qualified vendor to provide live closed captioning and pre-recorded captioning services. The vendor will be required to provide transcription services for Montgomery County Council sessions for the County's government access channel. The contract will be for a duration of one year with two optional one-year renewals. The vendor will need to have experience in providing captioning and transcription services for television with at least a 98% accuracy rate. • The vendor will need to provide equipment that is compatible with the County's equipment process. • The vendor will need to provide live captioning services for televised activities outside of normal business hours. • The vendor will need to provide descriptive video services for the blind. • The vendor will need to provide transcription services for video products. The County reserves the right to request additional information from bidders after the bid closing date.
