RFQ #27008 Architectural & Engineering Services Task Order Contract for Athens-Ben Epps Airport

The Unified Government of Athens‑Clarke County is seeking pre‑qualified architectural and engineering firms to enter into a five‑year Master Agreement to provide full‑service A/E support for the Athens‑Ben Epps Airport. The consultant will be called upon, via task orders, to design, bid, construct, and close‑out a wide range of airport improvement projects—including runway and taxiway upgrades, drainage, lighting, pavement, hangars, fencing, security systems, land acquisition, environmental studies, and FAA/ GDOT grant applications. The work will be performed under Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular 150/5100‑14E guidelines and must comply with DBE requirements and Georgia Department of Transportation pre‑qualification (Area Class 2.09). The contract will be awarded after a mandatory pre‑proposal conference and site visit on September 10, 2026, with questions due by September 18, 2026 and proposals due October 5, 2026.
