Go COMO Transit Advertising Services

The City of Columbia is seeking a qualified firm to manage the entire external advertising program for its Go COMO transit fleet. The contractor will be responsible for selling advertising space, negotiating agreements, producing and installing vehicle wraps and signage, maintaining the ads, handling removals, and providing revenue reports to the City. The contract runs for up to five years with the possibility of fleet changes during the term. The contractor must comply with strict City advertising policies (no political, religious, adult, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, etc.) and ensure that ads are installed without taking a bus out of service for more than one working day. Penalties apply for late removal or vehicle downtime. The City will provide limited workspace for installation and expects the contractor to keep detailed inventories and submit digital copies of all advertiser agreements within seven business days of execution.
