Police Access Control System Upgrade

The City of Hialeah is seeking a qualified vendor to replace the existing Keri Systems key card access control systems with Motorola Avigilon Alta access control systems at various Police Department locations. The project includes approximately 144 doors and 25 gates that require secure access control integration. The City also intends to enter into a maintenance agreement with the awarded vendor for up to five years to provide ongoing support and maintenance for the installed systems. The scope of work includes all necessary hardware, software, licensing, installation, configuration, and additional components required to deliver a fully operational access control system. • Replacement of existing access control systems with Motorola Avigilon Alta systems • Installation of access control hardware for doors and gates • Software, licensing, and system configuration • Testing, commissioning, and project documentation • Warranty, maintenance, and support services for 5 years
