A911 Public Safety Answering Point

The 436th Contracting Squadron, Dover Air Force Base, intends to award a sole source contract for A911 Location Data Management and Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) to Intrado Life & Safety Inc. The contract is for a service to provide a redundant link and expand the E911 system, allowing for a one-button transfer of 911 calls from Kent County 911 center to the base ECC while keeping ANI/ALI information with the call. The scope of work includes A911 routing and location data management, with a minimum term of 60 months.
