A&E Services - IDIQ type contract

The U.S. Embassy Madrid is seeking Architect/Engineer (A&E) services for renovation and construction projects. The selected A&E firm will be chosen based on technical qualifications, and the contract will be an IDIQ type. The performance period is expected to be for a base year with four one-year option periods. The Government will evaluate firms based on the qualifications outlined in the attached document "A&E Qualifications". Some key points to consider are: • The A&E services will be for renovation and construction projects, including but not limited to roof, façade, HVAC, foundations, electrical installations, gas lines, water lines, etc. • Firms must submit their qualifications, including a completed Standard Form 330, to [email protected] before the submission deadline. • Contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database prior to submitting their qualifications. • The Government may elect to award a single IDIQ contract or multiple IDIQ contracts to two or more sources under this solicitation.
