RFP27-004 Third Party Administrator Services for Retiree Health Reimbursement Arrangement

Madison Area Technical College seeks a qualified vendor to provide third‑party administrative services for its retiree Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). The vendor will be responsible for processing reimbursements, maintaining participant records, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Preference is given to firms that can also administer the College’s existing Special Pay Plan (SPP) balances, allowing for a consolidated service approach. • Administer retiree HRA claims, payments, and participant communications. • Maintain accurate account balances, reporting, and compliance documentation. • Optionally manage the Special Pay Plan balances for existing participants. • Provide secure, web‑based portals for claim submission and balance inquiries. • Deliver regular performance reports and support for audits.
