Administrative, Co-Curricular, and Instructional Contracted Services

This RFP is a non‑expiring, qualifying‑bid solicitation that allows vendors to be added to Grand Prairie ISD’s approved vendor list for any future administrative, co‑curricular, or instructional services. No specific goods or services are defined; the district will issue purchase orders to qualified vendors as needs arise. Vendors must provide required insurance, background checks, and comply with Texas procurement, DEI, and ethics statutes. The award will be based on best value, not solely on price, and multiple vendors may be awarded for different categories. • Open‑ended solicitation – no defined scope, vendors submit to be pre‑qualified. • Deadline effectively open‑ended (08/31/9999) – district may close at its discretion. • Must submit Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, Certificate of Insurance, and other compliance forms. • Vendors must meet insurance (A‑M Best B+VI), workers’ compensation, background‑check, fingerprinting, and DEI prohibitions. • Purchase orders issued after award; vendors paid only upon receipt of a valid PO. • Multi‑award contract – several vendors can be selected for various service categories. • No price ceiling; vendors quote their own rates for services they can provide.
