Academic Achievement & Inclusive Practices (AA&IP)

This RFP seeks to establish a pre‑qualified pool of contractors who will provide statewide professional‑learning, technical assistance, and instructional‑tool development to support Arizona’s Academic Achievement & Inclusive Practices (AA&IP) program, with a focus on students with low‑incidence disabilities and Autism. The selected vendors will be called upon on an as‑needed basis to deliver curriculum‑aligned training, coaching, and evaluation services over an initial one‑year term that may be extended up to five years. • Deliver professional‑development materials (slide decks, handouts, facilitator guides) and customizable instructional tools aligned to Arizona standards and inclusive‑practice frameworks. • Provide coaching, webinars, workshops, and technical assistance to districts and schools, ensuring compliance with IDEA, FERPA, and state regulations. • Submit quarterly progress reports, annual impact reports, and sustainability plans; maintain required insurance and certify non‑participation in Israel boycott and Uyghur forced‑labor bans.
