Sole Source Procurement for Gas Pipeline Compliance Services

The Albuquerque Housing Authority is seeking a sole source procurement for gas pipeline compliance services. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing gas manuals, quarterly inspections, tests, and on-site repairs to meet the minimum necessary requirements for gas pipeline compliance in the State of New Mexico for 5 public housing sites. The contract term will be for 60 months, with a base year and four option years. The estimated contract value is $60,000. • The contractor must be licensed and insured to provide gas pipeline compliance services. • The contractor must have experience with Federal DOT/PHMSA regulations. • The contractor must be able to respond immediately to any emergency calls (24 hours a day). • The contractor must provide a quote for each non-emergency and emergency job with a fixed price.
