Blanket Purchase Agreement to supply liquid and compressed gas services of contractor-owned gas cylinders

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking a contractor to provide liquid and compressed gas services, including the supply of bottled and bulk compressed gas, to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Morgantown Facility. The contractor will be responsible for delivering gas cylinders, picking up empty cylinders, and providing dry ice. The contract has a base period of one year and four one-year option periods, with a total aggregate value of $548,952.96. The contractor must provide all labor and materials necessary to deliver gas cylinders and dry ice on an as-needed basis. • The contractor must deliver compressed gas in cylinders and pick up empty compressed gas cylinders at the H building loading dock of the NIOSH Morgantown campus. • The contractor must provide an annual report detailing all work completed on the contract, broken down by month. • The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. • The contractor must provide expertise in the supply and management of compressed gases and recommend methods for efficiencies or cost savings.
