ICP-MS System with Integrated Autosampler for Environmental Laboratory Testing

The City of Lawrence is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of an ICP-MS system with an integrated autosampler for environmental laboratory testing. The system must meet specific requirements, including compliance with US EPA Method 200.8, automated startup and shutdown, and remote service troubleshooting capability. The bidder must provide a full service contract, training, and support for the system. The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose bid is deemed the overall best value. • The system must be fully compliant with US EPA Method 200.8 for the analysis of trace metals in drinking water and wastewater. • The system must meet or exceed the MDLs of <1ppb for analytes of interest in both drinking water and wastewater matrices. • The system must have a quadrupole that can scan a minimum of 3,000 amu/sec and have a mass range of at least 4 to 260 amu or greater. • The system must have remote service troubleshooting and remote operation capability. • The bidder must provide a full service contract, training, and support for the system. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose bid is deemed the overall best value.
