RFP 527-155 MILLERSYLVANIA STATE PARK EXPRESSO CONCESSION

The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission is seeking proposals to operate and manage an espresso concession at Millersylvania State Park. The concession must provide a variety of espresso and other beverage items and may offer other small snacks or bakery items. The contract period will be for up to five years with the possibility of one additional 5-year term. • The concession will be located in the electrified camp loop (former camp site 228) at Millersylvania State Park. • The site has an electrical 30-amp hookup and water, but no sewer. • The vendor will be responsible for providing their own signage, internet/WIFI, and utilities (electricity, water, and garbage/recycle). • The vendor must be able to provide services at the park per the schedule below: weekends only in May and September, daily starting Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day. • The exact schedule is negotiable, but the concession cannot open earlier than 7:00 am. • The attendance for the park for the last two seasons was: 62,800 in May 2025, 77,200 in June 2025, 140,800 in July 2025, 99,500 in August 2025, and 55,200 in September 2025.
