BID NOTICE: 2026 MINOT STRUCTURE AUCTION

The City of Minot is requesting sealed bids for structures, including homes, for sale that were purchased by the City within the footprint of the flood control project. The structures will be sold as-is with no guarantee or warranty to their condition or soundness. Each bid must include a five percent bid bond, and a performance bond is required for each structure. The structures must be removed and relocated outside the 2011 flood inundation area at the winning bidder's expense. • The viewing opportunity is on August 25th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to noon. • Bids must be submitted to the City Clerk by August 28th, 2026, at 10:00 AM. • The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • Questions should be addressed to the City of Minot Property Maintenance Superintendent at 701-857-4140.
