L--LCB ELECTRONIC ACCESS CONTROL SITE SURVEILLANCE (EACSS)

The Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Basin Regional Office is seeking sources for the installation of an Electronic Access Control Site Surveillance (EACSS) system. The system should include access control, intrusion detection, and closed-circuit television (CCTV) components. The contractor will be responsible for conducting site surveys, developing designs, and installing the system. The system should be able to integrate with existing infrastructure and meet specific requirements, including support for IPv6, Active Directory, and encryption. Some key features of the system include: • Multilevel lock states or modes • Support for multiple user-defined threat levels • Export badging and badge designs database • Encrypted communication between panels and computers • One-click camera call-up when an alarm event is presented • User-friendly, map-based display of all system event information The contractor should have a minimum of five years of experience in the design, installation, and testing of ESS and equipment. All installation should be performed by factory-trained, certified technicians.
