Visitors Guide Development

The Leon County Division of Tourism is seeking a professional design/publishing firm to produce its annual Official Visitor Guide and Meeting Planner's Guide. The selected firm will be responsible for updating the current appearance, narrative editing, photography, advertising content, and selling and collecting advertising fees. The Guides will be produced at no cost to Leon County, and revenue must cover all costs associated with the project. The firm will work closely with Visit Tallahassee staff on editorial and photography elements. Some key requirements include: * Producing a high-quality, consumer-friendly printed piece * Generating traffic to the website for a more detailed description of the destination's attributes * Providing a detailed and mutually agreed-upon production schedule * Ensuring brand consistency and approval from Visit Tallahassee * Delivering a minimum of 72 pages for the Visitor Guide and a digital Meeting Planner's Guide * Meeting specific deadlines for delivery, including January 2027 for the Visitor Guide and February 2027 for the Meeting Planner's Guide.
